The window in my entryway looked a bit bland. I put in this shelf so I could display some of the toys I collect. I tried to go for an artistic look by making an "S" design. I was hoping the physics of the shelf would hold it in place without any support, however it sagged just a bit so I put in some frosted acrylic rods to help support the bottom two shelves.
For about $20 worth of materials and one weekend, I was able to finish this project. It was a bit rushed and I am considering redoing this project, but for now it serves its purpose.
The top row has Naruto figures, second row has Bleach figures, third has a mixture of Macross and Star Wars, and on the bottom I have elephants imported from Thailand. It is said that they bring good luck.
